💼 About This Role

You'll assist residents with ADLs in a mission-driven nonprofit senior care campus. Your work ensures dignity and safety for older adults in a supportive team environment. This role offers comprehensive benefits including a pension plan and tuition reimbursement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist residents with ADLs including dressing, grooming, eating, bathing.
• Transfer, transport, and escort residents as needed.
• Answer call lights promptly and monitor resident status.
• Document resident status changes and report to supervisor.

📋 Requirements

• CPR Certified
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or willingness to learn within 90 days
• Ability to provide coverage or work overtime when needed

• Prior geriatric nursing aide experience
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living
