💼 About This Role

You'll manage and develop a team of Customer Success Managers across enterprise segments, ensuring strong execution of customer engagement. You'll own customer health, adoption, and retention outcomes while acting as an escalation point for key accounts. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of CSMs across enterprise segments
• Ensure execution of customer onboarding, adoption, and value realization
• Own customer health, adoption, and retention outcomes across portfolio
• Act as escalation point for key and at-risk customers

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in Customer Success, Consulting, or SaaS roles
• 3+ years managing customer-facing teams in enterprise environments
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to engage with senior customer stakeholders
