🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of CSMs across enterprise segments
- Ensure execution of customer onboarding, adoption, and value realization
- Own customer health, adoption, and retention outcomes across portfolio
- Act as escalation point for key and at-risk customers
📋 Requirements
- 8+ years in Customer Success, Consulting, or SaaS roles
- 3+ years managing customer-facing teams in enterprise environments
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to engage with senior customer stakeholders
