Description

You will lead planning, preparation, and execution of structural tests with a focus on structural dynamics, collaborating with analysis teams to improve product development. You'll manage test equipment, analyze data, and support root cause analysis, with opportunities to contribute to the European space industry.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Structural Engineering or related field
• 3+ years experience in modal testing or structural dynamics
• Proficiency with modal testing equipment, DAQ, and analysis software
• Solid understanding of vibration theory, structural dynamics, and signal processing
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with analysis and design teams to define dynamic test requirements and develop test plans
• Set up, calibrate, operate, and maintain test equipment (accelerometers, shakers, impact hammers, DAQ)
• Plan and execute structural dynamics tests including modal analysis and shock measurements
• Analyze test data using signal processing and modal analysis tools, correlate with simulations
• Prepare documentation (procedures, reports) and support root cause analysis
