๐ผ About This Role
You'll own full-cycle recruiting for Vanta's Design organization, partnering closely with design leadership. You'll shape hiring strategy, assess portfolios, and close top-tier design talent in competitive environments. You'll also leverage data and AI to improve processes and scale pipelines.

- Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through close
- Build and scale proactive design talent pipelines
- Bring deep design recruiting expertise to evaluate portfolios
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
๐ Requirements
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with design recruiting depth
- Strong track record hiring exceptional design talent across multiple levels
- Deep understanding of the design talent market including portfolio evaluation
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
