You'll own full-cycle recruiting for Vanta's Design organization, partnering closely with design leadership. You'll shape hiring strategy, assess portfolios, and close top-tier design talent in competitive environments. You'll also leverage data and AI to improve processes and scale pipelines.

  • Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through close
  • Build and scale proactive design talent pipelines
  • Bring deep design recruiting expertise to evaluate portfolios
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with design recruiting depth
  • Strong track record hiring exceptional design talent across multiple levels
  • Deep understanding of the design talent market including portfolio evaluation
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
