  • Develop and implement strategic business development plan for North India
  • Identify and onboard new distributors and partners in key markets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in electronic security industry
  • Sales experience in North India region operating from Delhi
  • Technical knowledge of electronic security systems (access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, fire alarm)
  • Proven track record of entire sales process from prospecting to closing

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of cloud-based solutions, IoT, and AI-based analytics
  • Experience with channel partner development
  • Conversational English and Hindi
