You'll lead business development in North India for a leading European security systems manufacturer, driving growth through strategic partnerships. Your core impact is expanding market presence and revenue in the region.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop and implement strategic business development plan for North India
- Identify and onboard new distributors and partners in key markets
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years experience in electronic security industry
- Sales experience in North India region operating from Delhi
- Technical knowledge of electronic security systems (access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, fire alarm)
- Proven track record of entire sales process from prospecting to closing
โจ Nice to Have
- Knowledge of cloud-based solutions, IoT, and AI-based analytics
- Experience with channel partner development
- Conversational English and Hindi
