You will define and drive the multi-year technical strategy for Pinterest's Cloud Infrastructure platform, focusing on the Kubernetes-based PinCompute platform. You'll lead cross-team initiatives, modernize infrastructure, and mentor engineers while leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity.

Requirements

• 7+ years building and operating large-scale production infrastructure
• Expertise in Kubernetes, container orchestration, cloud-native architectures
• Proven track record leading multi-year infrastructure transformations at internet scale
• Proficiency in C++, Go, or Java
• Experience using AI coding assistants as a force-multiplier
