You'll partner with PXD Program Managers to support the discovery, design, and execution of enterprise people programs. You'll provide analytical horsepower and operational rigor to ensure programs launch smoothly and scale effectively. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys supporting high-visibility initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support program launches, pilots, and ongoing operations
• Assist in developing guidance, templates, and program communications
• Track participation, adoption, and operational metrics across programs
• Support feedback collection from employees and managers

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field
• 5-8+ years of experience in HR or related fields
• Experience operating people programs at scale
• Strong program execution and operational skills
