💼 About This Role

You'll own and evolve the infrastructure for a healthcare AI platform serving patients and enterprise partners. Your work directly powers AI-driven virtual care that modernizes primary care. This role offers high ownership and the chance to lead complex migrations and build AI-powered operations tooling.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and evolve GKE-based Kubernetes infrastructure across environments.
• Build and maintain modular Terraform infrastructure library with automated testing.
• Architect GitLab CI/CD shared pipeline templates for all engineering teams.
• Drive disaster recovery readiness: design failover scenarios and lead DR tests.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or SRE.
• Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes and its ecosystem (Helm, ArgoCD).
• Extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform (GKE, Cloud SQL, IAM).
• Strong Terraform expertise: modular architecture, multi-environment provisioning.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in regulated environments (SOC2 and HIPAA).
• Experience with Datadog or equivalent observability platform.
• Experience with database administration (PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB).
