You'll drive customer success by maximizing Anaplan platform adoption, reducing churn, and increasing satisfaction. You'll serve as a strategic technical advisor, helping clients unlock full investment value while supporting renewals and growth. This role offers a chance to influence product development through customer feedback.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Proactively communicate platform updates and educate customers on new features.
• Partner with Customer Success to identify at-risk accounts and design re-engagement strategies.
• Deliver impactful product demonstrations, training, and enablement sessions.
• Develop scalable adoption resources like guides, tutorials, and FAQs.

📋 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of hands-on Anaplan model-building experience required
• 8+ years in customer success, consulting, or professional services driving software adoption
• Strong understanding of complex planning functions and platform capabilities
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Master Anaplanner certification
• BA/BS required; MA/MBA is a plus
