🎯 What You'll Do
- Establish trusted relationships with C-suite healthcare executives.
- Develop and maintain multi-quarter value roadmaps aligned to customer priorities.
- Lead governance structures including QBRs and escalation paths.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams to ensure commitments and outcomes are delivered.
📋 Requirements
- 7+ years of customer success or consulting experience in healthcare technology.
- Proven experience influencing C-suite healthcare executives.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations and IT systems.
- Demonstrated ability to own complex enterprise accounts with accountability for outcomes.

- Experience with enterprise workflow or automation platforms.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
