🎯 What You'll Do

  • Establish trusted relationships with C-suite healthcare executives.
  • Develop and maintain multi-quarter value roadmaps aligned to customer priorities.
  • Lead governance structures including QBRs and escalation paths.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams to ensure commitments and outcomes are delivered.

📋 Requirements

  • 7+ years of customer success or consulting experience in healthcare technology.
  • Proven experience influencing C-suite healthcare executives.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations and IT systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to own complex enterprise accounts with accountability for outcomes.

  • Experience with enterprise workflow or automation platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
