You'll serve as a strategic advisor and operational leader driving the execution of commercial priorities at SharkNinja, a global product design and technology company. You'll ensure alignment across sales, marketing, and partnerships to accelerate growth and optimize commercial performance. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape revenue strategy and lead high-impact initiatives directly with the CCO.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Translate CCO priorities into actionable commercial roadmaps
- Drive revenue acceleration initiatives across enterprise accounts
- Oversee execution of high-impact commercial partnerships
- Ensure alignment between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations on GTM strategy
- Prepare executive materials for Board meetings and QBRs
๐ Requirements
- 8โ15+ years in strategy, venture capital, consulting, or commercial leadership
- Experience working directly with C-suite executives
- Strong exposure to enterprise sales or global commercial operations
- Deep financial modeling and analytical capabilities
