Description

You will manage all aspects of SpaceX's employee relocation program, including domestic and international relocations and assignments. You'll design scalable policies, collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors, and ensure compliance with immigration and tax regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years managing relocation programs for a global company
• Deep understanding of international immigration laws and visa requirements
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle of domestic and international relocation transfers
• Design and implement global mobility programs and policies
• Partner with HR, recruiting, payroll, finance, legal, and department leaders
• Provide guidance on complex relocation matters including tax, immigration, and visa support
• Monitor industry trends and drive operational efficiencies
