🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead policy advocacy and political campaign strategy
• Supervise Advocacy Partnerships and Vera Action teams
• Build coalitions with diverse partners across sectors
• Fundraise and manage advocacy budgets

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in advocacy or related field
• c3 and c4 advocacy experience
• Criminal justice or immigration policy expertise
• Staff supervision experience in complex environments
