You will develop and execute employer business development strategies to build sustainable talent pipelines for Per Scholas graduates. You'll build relationships with employers, negotiate revenue-generating opportunities, and manage accounts to ensure high placement rates.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in sales, marketing, relationship management, and business development
  • Experience in technology or staffing preferred
  • Ability to secure employment opportunities with 5-10 accounts
  • Ability to meet monthly and yearly job attainment goals (80%)
  • Proficiency in solutions-based selling
