🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit, onboard, and develop a district of 8 Account Executives
• Drive sales execution and maintain a healthy 4X pipeline
• Scale install base expansion within existing accounts
• Orchestrate partner ecosystem for complex indirect sales

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years leading sales teams in the IT industry
• Experience owning a district or regional business
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure landscape
• Professional fluency in French and English
