You'll provide technical support for SiteMinder's hotel commerce platform, helping customers across 150+ countries. Your expertise will drive customer satisfaction and integration success. This role offers hybrid work and a diverse, inclusive culture.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Provide technical support for SiteMinder products via phone and chat.
  • Develop customer relationships and resolve configuration issues.
  • Manage cases to meet SLAs and personal KPIs.
  • Act as technical expert, identifying and communicating issues internally.

  • High level of customer service and IT technical skills.
  • Fluent Italian and Spanish communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to quickly resolve problems.
  • Tech-savvy across multiple platforms in a KPI-driven environment.
