You'll provide technical support for SiteMinder's hotel commerce platform, helping customers across 150+ countries. Your expertise will drive customer satisfaction and integration success. This role offers hybrid work and a diverse, inclusive culture.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Provide technical support for SiteMinder products via phone and chat.
- Develop customer relationships and resolve configuration issues.
- Manage cases to meet SLAs and personal KPIs.
- Act as technical expert, identifying and communicating issues internally.
๐ Requirements
- High level of customer service and IT technical skills.
- Fluent Italian and Spanish communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills to quickly resolve problems.
- Tech-savvy across multiple platforms in a KPI-driven environment.
