You will manage cloud infrastructure and IT compliance for a global workplace management platform. Responsibilities include DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, IT operations compliance, and site reliability engineering. Join a fully remote team serving over 7,000 customers and nearly two million users.

Requirements

• 7+ years in DevOps, SRE, or hybrid infrastructure/IT engineering
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience managing Azure PaaS services (App Service, Storage, SQL Database, etc.)
• Knowledge of cloud security principles and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR)
• Experience with Bicep or equivalent IaC and Azure DevOps YAML pipelines

Responsibilities

• Manage build, test, and deployment pipelines in Azure DevOps
• Implement infrastructure-as-code and configuration management
• Perform IT access reviews and oversee IAM processes
• Support security audits and compliance assessments
• Conduct incident response, capacity planning, and performance tuning
