Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferred in a technical field
- 1+ years in client-facing support role
- 1+ years Windows and Mac software/connectivity support
- Excellent verbal and written English and Portuguese
- Experience with support ticketing systems

- Technical and functional support for desktop and mobile applications
