You'll supervise roofing projects for a family-owned company, ensuring quality control and coordinating with homeowners from start to finish. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and team safety.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners to start projects and answer questions
• Ensure equipment and materials are ready before jobs start
• Perform quality control on all production jobs
• Complete final walk-through with homeowner and subcontractor

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs occasionally
• 1-2 years of industry experience
