You'll join the Woven City team building a human-centered test course for mobility. You'll create community engagement opportunities for residents and inventors to co-create the future. This role is key to operating the city's facilities and managing relationships with diverse stakeholders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Form and operate community among residents and inventors
• Support residents from move-in to move-out, improving satisfaction
• Drive operational improvements from feedback
• Expand related population beyond the city boundaries
• Plan and manage facilities and external staff

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in community/area management or urban development
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Project management experience involving internal and external stakeholders
• Event planning or content creation based on communication strategy
• Business-level Japanese and conversational English

✨ Nice to Have

• 1+ year experience in facility planning for community building
• Experience managing external staff or partner companies
• Experience in new business development or user-participatory projects
