🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute the LATAM enablement strategy from scratch.
• Localize global content and sales methodologies for LATAM markets.
• Own the full onboarding calendar for new LATAM sales hires.
• Create localized sales content like pitch decks and battle cards.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of sales enablement or training experience.
• Proven track record empowering Enterprise sales teams.
• Fluency in MEDDPICC or similar solution selling methodologies.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and other sales tech tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting sales teams across Mexico, Brazil, or Colombia.
• 2+ years in direct sales roles (SDR or AE).
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
