You'll design and build tooling, data flows, and processes that enable the User Operations team to redefine modern support at an unprecedented scale. Your core impact will be automating workflows with scripts, agents, and LLM-powered flows while ensuring resilient systems over presentations. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Build Day-1 enabled workflows and playbooks
• Automate repetitive touchpoints with scripts and LLM flows
• Codify incident detection, on-call handoffs, and learning loops
• Stand up data pipelines for sentiment and ticket trends

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience building tools for internal teams
• Shipped or maintained dashboards, ETL pipelines, or low-code apps
• Proficient using ChatGPT and LLMs as development tools
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations
