You'll support HR systems data management and new hire onboarding at a leading API platform. You'll maintain data integrity and assist with compliance during a system transition from Rippling to Workday. This contract role offers flexible PTO and a collaborative team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support data migration and cleanup from Rippling to Workday.
• Assist in managing employee files and document compliance.
• Respond to Jira tickets and Slack inquiries for People Ops.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and training sessions.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of prior experience in People/HR Operations.
• Familiarity with HR systems such as Rippling and Workday.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
