🎯 What You'll Do

• Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools
• Conduct phone and video screening interviews to evaluate fit
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
• Support offer coordination and onboarding readiness

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems
• Familiarity with Boolean search and sourcing techniques
• Strong organizational and time management skills
