You'll lead partnerships with community physicians to offer clinical trials as a therapeutic option. You'll handle all infrastructure, regulatory compliance, and administrative operations so physicians can focus on patient care. This role gives patients access to newest therapies while maintaining the trusted patient-physician relationship.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with community physicians

• Identify and onboard new clinical trial sites
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize patient recruitment

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of business development experience in healthcare
• Proven track record of partnership development with physicians
• Knowledge of clinical trial operations and regulations
