Description

You will guide customers in designing and building reliable, scalable systems using the MongoDB data platform. Working closely with sales executives, you'll solve business problems by leveraging MongoDB solutions, playing a key role in winning deals. This role is based remotely in São Paulo, Brazil.

Requirements

• 8-11 years customer-facing experience, with 5-7 years pre-sales with enterprise software
• Minimum 3 years experience with modern scripting languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, SQL) or popular programming languages (e.g., C/C++, Java, C#)
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems in cloud and on-prem
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Design scalable applications, systems, and infrastructure for large software projects leveraging MongoDB
• Advise customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies for MongoDB, articulating its business value
• Collaborate with sales team to drive account success through account planning, opportunity prioritization, and pipeline generation
• Proactively generate demand through technical initiatives, events, and account-based marketing
• Foster strong customer relationships, ensure customer success and satisfaction
