You'll build patient-facing tools for financial transparency and internal products to streamline billing and revenue collection at a high-acuity virtual behavioral health provider. Your work will directly improve the client care experience and enable business growth to reach more people in need.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop features using React, Python, and PostgreSQL
• Partner with product and design to iterate on solutions
• Identify bottlenecks and improve engineering processes
• Participate in on-call rotation for client access

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years developing user-facing web applications
• Expertise in Python and/or JavaScript
• Ability to break down ambiguous problems into tractable solutions
• Experience making cross-team technical tradeoff decisions

• Experience with modern AI tooling like Claude Code
