You'll join the trading team at Picnic, diving into data, negotiating with suppliers, and shaping the product assortment. You'll drive category performance through market analysis and data-driven decisions. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced e-grocery environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop deep category understanding using data and market trends.
• Analyze customer behavior and sales data to select products.
• Manage operational tasks like product and data sheet review.
• Prepare and support supplier negotiations and partnerships.

📋 Requirements

• Completed or near-completion Master's degree in business or analytics.
• First practical experience in FMCG or retail (incl. internships).
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Fluent German and English.
