💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end ML systems powering recommendations and personalization at Bumble, driving measurable user outcomes. You'll architect scalable pipelines and deploy advanced models in production, while embedding best practices in responsible AI across the team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and delivery of end-to-end ML systems for recommendations and personalization
• Architect and optimize ML pipelines using Spark, Airflow, and similar tools
• Build and deploy advanced models with PyTorch in high-scale production environments
• Develop LLM capabilities including prompt design and fine-tuning for production use cases
• Drive experimentation strategy including A/B testing and offline evaluation

📋 Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience with end-to-end ML systems in production
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience designing and scaling ML pipelines with Spark, Airflow, or similar
• Hands-on experience with LLMs including prompting, evaluation, and production integration
