Description

You will design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art VLA models for autonomous robotic systems, working across perception, reasoning, and control to build the cognitive engine of defense robots. Your work will run in complex, adversarial environments, requiring fast iteration and real-world validation.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience building and deploying AI models in agentic AI, robotics, or autonomous systems
• Strong background in computer vision, deep learning, or multimodal architectures
• Proficiency in Python and PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Solid grasp of distributed training, fine-tuning, and reinforcement learning
• Must be a U.S. Person due to export control

Responsibilities

• Design, train, and evaluate VLA models for robotic systems
• Implement scalable architectures for multimodal model fusion and domain adaptation
• Develop dynamic memory, communication, and tool use for AI agents
• Translate research into real-time perception and decision-making systems
• Conduct experiments to benchmark performance in unstructured environments
