You'll own the strategy and execution of lifecycle programs that drive pipeline and turn customers into advocates. You'll design nurture journeys, newsletters, and ABM sequences for enterprise healthcare buyers. This role combines deep strategic thinking with hands-on execution across a 250+ health system customer base.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Build full-funnel email and lifecycle programs across nurture, newsletter, ABM.
  • Own email and CRM roadmap including segmentation and journey architecture.
  • Collaborate with demand gen, sales, and product marketing for targeted sequences.
  • Manage deliverability, governance, and data layer for sender reputation.
  • Run experimentation program across subject lines, content, and segmentation.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4-8 years of email, CRM, lifecycle, or growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven ability to plan and measure multi-touch lifecycle programs for pipeline.
  • Hands-on fluency with Braze, HubSpot or Marketo paired with Salesforce.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills for brand voice.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI tools for segmentation and personalization.
  • Knowledge of deliverability fundamentals (DMARC, BIMI, list hygiene).
