💼 About This Role

You'll support Waymo's Executive Team Leadership as an Administrative Business Partner in a hybrid role based in Mountain View. You'll independently manage complex calendars, travel, expenses, and facilities coordination while building trust across the organization. This role offers the opportunity to lead medium-to-large scale projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced autonomous driving company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Execute administrative functions including travel, expenses, and calendar management.
  • Proactively solve problems and exercise sound judgment with limited information.
  • Collaborate with executives, HR, Finance, and cross-functional partners.
  • Lead medium-to-large scale projects or events from initiation through completion.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of executive support to senior leaders (VP+) in tech or startup environment.
  • Experience managing complex scheduling and logistics with external partners.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with confidentiality.
