💼 About This Role

You'll partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, design tailored solutions, and run product demonstrations, accelerating deal cycles and improving win rates.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical discovery and solution design for prospects
• Own technical validation, PoCs, and security questionnaires
• Develop and deliver technical training for sales team
• Support partner co-selling with ADP, TriNet, etc.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Sales Engineering or Solutions Engineering
• Deep knowledge of SSO/SAML, MFA, endpoint security, and Backup & Recovery
• Proven ability to develop technical training and enablement programs
• Experience supporting partner and co-sell motions

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in an MSP environment
• Familiarity with Rippling, MSPs, or internal IT teams
• Comfortable creating structure in ambiguous situations
