You'll lead HR strategy and operations for KnowBe4's Brazil Success Hub, driving scaling and culture in a high-growth tech environment. You'll balance strategic partnership with hands-on execution to ensure a world-class employee experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute growth roadmap for Brazil Success Hub headcount scaling
• Lead culture fit assessments for final-stage candidates
• Design and oversee onboarding journey for Brazil employees
• Manage local HR operations and CLT compliance

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, HR, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in high-growth or global company
• Bilingual fluency in Portuguese and English
• Deep knowledge of Brazilian Labor Laws (CLT)
