You'll empower clients to build Collaborative Learning organizations by mastering our platform and methodology. You'll own the One-to-Many offer, ensuring every client gains the knowledge to succeed. This role focuses on pedagogical expertise and scalable learning ecosystems, not technical skills.

  • Host and deliver Stadium webinars
  • Maintain and update Engagement Academy content
  • Define quarterly priorities with coach
  • Contribute to internal knowledge base

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Trainer or client-facing Customer Success role
  • Excellent communication skills in German, English, and French
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset
  • Impeccable spelling and grammar in three languages
