You'll empower clients to build Collaborative Learning organizations by mastering our platform and methodology. You'll own the One-to-Many offer, ensuring every client gains the knowledge to succeed. This role focuses on pedagogical expertise and scalable learning ecosystems, not technical skills.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Host and deliver Stadium webinars
- Maintain and update Engagement Academy content
- Define quarterly priorities with coach
- Contribute to internal knowledge base
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Trainer or client-facing Customer Success role
- Excellent communication skills in German, English, and French
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Impeccable spelling and grammar in three languages
