Description

You will teach electrical theory, safety, and hands-on applications in both classroom and lab settings. Your role is to prepare students for workforce readiness through engaging instruction, mentoring, and ensuring a safe learning environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 4+ years hands-on electrical trade experience OR 3+ years teaching electrical programs
• Strong understanding of electrical tools, systems, codes, and safety practices
• Effective communication skills for student engagement
• Proficiency in MS Office applications

Responsibilities

• Teach electrical courses in classroom and lab settings
• Instruct on safe use of tools, materials, and equipment following OSHA standards
• Maintain lesson plans and instructional materials with program leadership
• Monitor and document student attendance and academic progress
• Support student success through mentoring and retention strategies
