You'll partner with Engineering to deploy AI/ML models that improve issue detection and triage. Your work directly enables safe scaling of autonomous vehicle operations across new cities. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on quality assurance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deploy ML and Gen-AI models for issue discovery.
• Identify emerging on-road issues via AI insights and triage signals.
• Define policies integrating AI tools into vendor workflows.
• Perform meta-quality checks on human and AI outputs.

📋 Requirements

• BS/BA degree and 4 years in QC or AV Software Quality Operations.
• Experience with ML lifecycle: data prep, training, validation, deployment.
• Experience with ML testing and validation including dataset QA and bias detection.
• Ability to quickly learn and use proprietary tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with offshore teams or multiple local hubs.
• Competency in LLM/transformer models or ML for robotics.
• Basic SQL and PLX coding experience.
