You'll provide Level 1 & 2 help desk support for the Executive Office for US Attorneys, serving senior management and attorneys. Your core impact involves resolving hardware/software issues and ensuring seamless IT operations. This role offers room for professional growth in a government-contracting environment.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Install and troubleshoot software/hardware for end users.
- Manage user accounts and mailboxes in Active Directory.
- Provide desk-side training on standard desktop applications.
- Set up and support conference room A/V and online meeting tools.
📋 Requirements
- Backup and restoration administration experience.
- File server support expertise.
- User account and mailbox administration skills.
- ITIL ticketing and incident management knowledge.
✨ Nice to Have
- ITIL Foundations certification.
- Change management experience.
- Active DOD clearance of Level 6 Public Trust or above.
