π― What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries via email with speed and empathy
- Manage operational processes like customer switches and billing
- Resolve complex cases with other energy providers or grid operators
- Continuously improve service quality by suggesting process enhancements
π Requirements
- Customer service experience, ideally written support
- Proactive and solution-oriented problem-solving approach
- Very good German skills (C1 level)
- Good English skills (minimum B2 level)

- Experience with Edifact and market communication
- Experience with bilateral clarification in energy sector
