🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach, supervise, and coordinate the assisted living nursing service program
• Ensure high-quality, person-centered care meeting regulatory standards
• Recruit, coach, and inspire a high-performing care team
• Manage budgets, monitor performance, and lead quality improvement
• Maintain licensing compliance and build community relationships

📋 Requirements

• LPN license required
• CPR and First Aid certification from ARC/AHA
• 2 years healthcare experience plus 80-hour AL manager training (MD only)
• Minimum 3-5 years supervisory experience in long-term care (VA only)

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and eMAR
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
