🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead primary structural configuration for UAS concepts
• Develop FEM models with load cases and sizing
• Drive trade studies on mass, performance, manufacturability
• Mentor junior structural analysts and designers

📋 Requirements

• 5-10+ years of structural design/analysis in aerospace
• Demonstrated ability to lead structural configuration in early design phases
• Experience building global FEM models for aircraft
• Knowledge of structural mechanics fundamentals

✨ Nice to Have

• Proficiency with FEMAP and NASTRAN
• Experience developing deployed UAS platforms from concept
• Experience in startup environments
