Description

You will design complex mechanical assemblies for PCBA and product level test systems, working with multidisciplinary teams to manufacture and test products in air, land, and sea.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years industry experience with product designs in manufacturing
• Expert capability with a Mechanical Design package
• Familiarity with electronics test equipment
• Ability to obtain and maintain US DoD clearance

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical assemblies using professional CAD tools
• Work with rapid fabrication teams or suppliers to source equipment
• Integrate DFM/DFT requirements into products
• Develop complex electromechanical systems with software and electrical engineers
• Determine root cause of product failures and recommend corrective actions
