📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years in risk management, change management, or operational governance
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Experience with field-based or multi-client operational environments
• Strong understanding of risk and change frameworks (ISO 31000, Prosci, or ITIL)

✨ Nice to Have

• Professional certification (Prosci, PMP, PRINCE2, ISO 31000, Lean Six Sigma)
• Background in supply chain, manufacturing, or managed services
• Proven experience facilitating workshops or risk reviews
