You'll lead complex, large-scale architectural projects from planning through completion, overseeing multidisciplinary teams and managing client relationships. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex architectural projects.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and financial performance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and consultants.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage expectations.
• Guide teams through technical challenges and quality standards.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience managing institutional or government architectural projects.
• Professional degree in Architecture; master's preferred.
• Project management experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Technical proficiency with Revit/BIM, Bluebeam, MS Office, MS Project.

✨ Nice to Have

• LEED AP or similar sustainability credential.
• Experience supporting project pursuits (RFQs, RFPs).
