Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in program management, operations, or events
  • Experience managing vendors end-to-end
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong external vendor relationships
  • Experience recruiting, training, scheduling, and managing event staff
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver a high-touch founder experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with public speaking and facilitating groups
  • Thrive in ambiguity and bring structure to fast-changing environments
  • Fluent across Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, and Slack
  • Natural sense of foresight and problem-solving
  • Low ego, high empathy, and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
