You'll join the talent acquisition team in our Tel Aviv office, partnering with hiring managers to recruit top talent for Similarweb, a leading digital intelligence platform. You'll own the full recruiting cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation. This role offers the chance to shape talent strategy in a fast-growing public company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with hiring managers to own full-cycle recruiting.
• Source candidates via social media, networking, and job fairs.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates' fit and salary expectations.
• Lead offer negotiation and ensure a positive candidate experience.

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a multinational company.
• Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Strong sourcing capabilities and creative candidate attraction strategies.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to inform hiring decisions.
