💼 About This Role

You'll own the full technical and product direction of a large-scale video platform, working directly with the CEO. You will lead modernization of a complex AWS-based infrastructure and define the roadmap for video delivery, monetization, and AI-driven innovation. This is a rare CTO-track role with significant strategic influence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own overall technical and product architecture of video platform
• Define and drive technical roadmap for scalability and modernization
• Oversee cloud infrastructure across AWS services
• Lead, mentor, and grow distributed engineering team
• Co-own product roadmap with CEO translating business needs

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on full-stack engineering experience
• Deep AWS experience (EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3, CloudFront, MediaConvert, MediaLive)
• Expertise in AdTech ecosystems (VAST, VPAID, IMA SDK, Prebid.js, ad servers)
• Proven experience leading distributed engineering teams in high-growth environments

• Experience in video platform companies
• Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure (OpenSearch, SageMaker, vector search)
