💼 About This Role

You'll partner with multiple product teams to extract insights from data and build AI-powered features and automated workflows. You'll enable teams by teaching ML best practices and lead by example with complex data analysis and modeling. This role offers the chance to shape AI strategy across a global software organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Explore and analyze data using Python, pandas, and PySpark
• Create, tune, and productionize ML models for classification and recommendations
• Design and implement AI-driven ingest flows for unstructured inputs
• Work with product teams to identify and scope AI opportunities

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in data science or ML engineering with production features
• Strong Python and pandas skills
• Experience with PySpark or distributed data processing
• Proficiency with PyTorch or similar deep learning framework

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LLMs and language-centric workflows (RAG, prompt engineering)
• Experience building agent-assist features or automated workflows
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex)
