💼 About This Role

You'll own the capacity planning function end-to-end, building custom forecasting and staffing models that drive how Wheel scales. You'll partner with commercial and finance teams to model P&L and staffing implications of new client opportunities. This role offers exposure to executive leadership and the chance to shape marketplace strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own clinician capacity planning and staffing strategy across client programs.
• Design hiring plans and financial budgets for all client programs.
• Model multi-skill workforce requirements considering SLAs and attrition.
• Partner with commercial team to evaluate staffing and P&L for new deals.
• Build reusable, scalable forecasting frameworks and present to senior leadership.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in capacity planning or workforce management with full ownership of planning function.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and experience with Python or R for custom modeling.
• Experience building forecasting models from scratch using statistical or ML methods.
• Ability to present complex analysis to executive leadership and drive decisions.

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in operations research or data science.
• Healthcare, telehealth, or two-sided marketplace experience.
• Hands-on AI/ML experience applied to forecasting or workforce planning.

• 💰 Competitive base salary $165,000-$185,000 base compensation.
