Lead the Ad Mediation area within Roku's Ad Engineering team, driving technical strategy, architectural decisions, and cross-functional impact to build and operate a highly scalable, real-time advertising platform that powers Roku's ad monetization.

Requirements

• 10+ years architecting and building large distributed systems
• Track record of building and leading senior engineering teams
• Experience with low-latency, revenue-critical backend systems
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• AI literacy and curiosity
